About the partnership
The Community Health Partnership of Marinette/Menominee Counties is a group of eight entities that worked together to conduct the 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment. This group consisted of two healthcare providers, a Federally Qualified Health Center, two county public health departments, and three foundations. We have decided to stay together to jointly address a need identified in the Community Health Needs Assessment over the next three years.
