What is the Community Health Needs Assessment?

The Community Health Needs Assessment is conducted every 3 years and assesses the health of Marinette & Menominee Counties. This survey informs community health improvement priorities, area grant funding, and more. This year, eight area entities are jointly conducting the assessment. We are the Community Health Partnership of Marinette & Menominee Counties and we are grateful for you sharing your voice in this important survey.
